We would be grateful if you would clarify some information regarding your Year 6 pupils transition arrangements.

You should have received an e-mail regarding the Music Day on Monday 4^th July. Please confirm that pupils / parents are aware of this and that Mrs Evans (Natasha.Evans@corpuschristihigh.school), our Head of Music, is aware of any pupils that play instruments.

Please also confirm that pupils / parents are aware of the date of their transition day and the arrangements for drop off / collection (details are on our website).

1. The Parent / Carer Guide which provides information and links to relevant sections of our website regarding uniform. term dates, school meals, attendance, and much more.

1. The Pupil Registration form which all parents / carers MUST complete as soon as possible, to ensure we have up to date contact / medical information for all pupils. The form also contains consents for  Parentpay/Off-Site visits/Medical Treatment and Data Protection.
