Dear Parents/ Carers,
I know that you will be wanting clarity about what comes next, in two areas: summer provision, and September restart. Unfortunately, at the moment, we do not have any clear guidelines about September restart, however I do have some information about Summer provision. .
Summer Provision
There are no plans to offer childcare for school aged children of keyworkers through the summer holiday. C-CAS funding for pre-school children in private settings will continue for key workers until 31st August. Applications to new C-CAS entrants will close on Sunday 12th July, UNLESS applicants are a member of the education workforce (i.e. teachers or wider school support staff) for childcare places until the end of term.
The direct payment of FSM via ParentPay and supermarket vouchers will continue through the summer holidays.
