Thank you so much for your patience as we try to get procedures in place for entry and exit to school with no staggered entry and exit and giving space for parents to socially distance. This afternoon we have slightly changed our procedure for the collection at the end of the school day.
New procedures for collection at end of school day.
Foundation Phase
Gates will open at 3.15. Parents will continue to wait and collect pupils from Foundation Phase playgrounds from both North Road entrance and St Mark’s from 3.20 onwards. YR & Y1 from their playground areas (barriers have been removed for easy access and exit.) Year 2 to be collected from fire door located next to Reception area. Nursery pupils to be collected from outside Nursery area as usual.
If parents have a KS2 sibling to collect they will then walk around to KS2 playground ready for 3.30 pick up (See below)
Key Stage 2
Parents using the North Road entrance are to walk around to the Key Stage 2 playground as directed by staff where pupils will be lined up for 3.30 pick up. If parents are walking, please do not use the St Mark’s entrance. Parents driving and using the St Mark’s entrance to go straight to the KS2 playground for 3.30 unless collecting a Foundation Phase sibling at 3.20.
Please stay behind the barriers. Gaps have been left between barriers for children to walk through when dismissed to parents.
Pupils line up next to wall ready for collection. Parents exit following one-way route. Please ensure premises is vacated as soon as possible.
