We have been made aware from our recent survey that some parents are having difficulty accessing Hwb/Teams because they are using multiple accounts (e.g. siblings using the same computer).
To solve this issue, a guide has been created to show parents/carers how to download the Teams desktop app. This will allow you to bypass Hwb and sign in to Teams directly. You can also switch between accounts with ease.
