Home Learning and Re-opening Survey

Dear Parents/Carers,

 

Your views and opinions are important to us.

 

In order to help us understand how you are feeling about schools reopening in Wales on the 29th June and to improve our delivery of online learning, we are asking you to complete this survey to help shape our future work.

 

The survey is split into two sections:
1. Online Learning
2. School Re-opening

 

If you have more than one child at St Joseph’s, please complete one form per child. 

 

Please submit the survey by 10th June.
