Flu Vaccination Reminder

NASAL FLU VACCINE REMINDER

Parents/guardians who have not yet submitted their e-consent form for their child to receive the Nasal Flu vaccine in school please do so as soon possible.

The last date for submission is the 4th November 2022 at 12:00pm. If you submit a consent form after this date you will be invited to make an appointment at one of our community catch-up clinics.
