DO YOU WISH TO APPLY FOR YOUR CHILD TO ATTEND OUR RECEPTION CLASS IN SEPTEMBER 2021?
Applications for voluntary aided (faith) must be made directly with the school. Therefore, if you wish to apply for a place in our Reception Class 2021, please complete our Application Form and Additional Information Sheet, which can be found on our website under Forms=Printable Forms. Once you have completed these documents, please return to the school directly, together with supporting documentation, ie: your child’s Birth Certificate and/or Baptismal Certificate and proof of address in the form of a utility bill.
