Year Six Transition Mass and trip to Barry Island
Mrs Chinnick and Mrs Houston would like to say a very big THANK YOU to the parents who accompanied year six to the Transition Mass today. Thank you Mrs Nelson, Mrs Ho, Mrs Morgan and Mrs O'keefe who helped us look after the children and were excellent company - all parents in year six will appreciate this - giving of your time. It would be remiss of us not to tell you how exemplary the children behaved and engaged in the Mass today - Mrs Riordan voiced her pride in the conduct of the children and their engagement. They are a BRILLIANT year six, a joy to teach and a joy to be with - you are an amazing year six. A huge thank you to all the year six parents who are able to contribute to the trip on Monday to Barry Island. You know who you are and you are going the extra mile. How lovely to work in such a fantastic Saint Joseph's community and I know Ms Chinnick and I looking forward to sharing as many parents / grandparents company who can attend. We know it is going to be very hot, but we are working hard to ensure that all safety precautions are taking place. On Friday, as many garden brollies that could be provided by parents, even if they cannot attend, would be much appreciated - these will be returned - shelters including gazebos will be provided - again a huge thank you for parental provision and who will be organising lunch, ice - creams', drinks (Mrs Bux) If we haven't mentioned it before - YOU ARE AMAXING!
