School Holiday 2018
Child Learn To Ride Course
A course is being held during the school holiday at the Road Safety Centre in Maindy for children aged 6 years and over.
The course runs over four afternoons and costs £10 per child. This is open to all Cardiff children but they must bring a roadworthy bike.
Following health and safety advice, the wearing of a cycle helmet is compulsory and, if required, one can be purchased from the Centre for £10. Bicycles can be stored overnight for convenience.
Level 1 (starting and stopping, steering, swerving, using gears and signalling) will be taught using the Maindy Centre’s road training layout.
