This week we have finished our writing journey on discussion texts and begun a new journey working towards a persuasive text. The pupils became the teacher and punctuated my sentence. In Maths we have explored number bonds further using different resources to support us. Our Religion topic has been exploring Lent and we have been growing some cress and discussing our personal growth within to reflect the growth of our cress. For our new context topic we have started to explore healthy and unhealthy food using real food magazines and discussing why eating healthily is important. We also had a lovely afternoon in the woodland area - we went on a scavenger hunt and then we practiced our balancing!
