As part of Disbars Gwynno's enquiry into child labour in the past and present, the children visited Big Pit to experience what life would have been like for Welsh children who were forced to work in the mines of South Wales. The children were complimented on their behaviour and engagement in the tour of the mind. The children's behaviour was exemplary and it was a pleasure to take them on the trip. Many thanks to the four parents who gave of their time to take the children on the trip. It was much appreciated.
