This week we have been looking at the mission of the disciples. We looked at where in the world we would go and what message we would want to spread to the world. 
In context, we have been looking at the effect of exercise on our body. We learnt how to take our pulse rate when we were at rest and then completed a short exercise and measured our pulse after activity. We found that our pulse increased once we had exercised. We also looked at other changes to our body that happened when we exercised.
