During this week, we explored the seven petitions (requests) of the Our Father and made links to what they mean for Christians. We worked together collaboratively to understand the meaning of each petition.

We also completed our instructional writing journey. We wrote simple instructions and practised using imperative verbs, relative clauses and prepositions.

On Friday, we went to church to attend Mass. It was a calm and reflective time and helped us think about how we can live out our faith in our daily lives.

We were very lucky to meet Rhiannon Henry and take part in a PE session with her. She is a Welsh swimmer, paracyclist and paratriathlete who has competed in the Paralympic Games and won several medals. We really enjoyed our time with her and learned a lot about perseverance and motivation. 🌟
