This week we celebrated St Dwynwen's day. We learnt about her as a speacialmsaint to Wales and also some Welsh words associated with her. 
 

In religion, we have been learning about the transfiguration of Jesus. We have studied Raphael's painting of the scene. We have also looked at other artistic interpretations of the transfiguration. Alongside the picture we annotated this and linked it to the scripture. In maths, we have finished on our rounding skills and applied it to real life. We also begun looking at different methods of multiplication. In literacy, we have learnt different figurative language, this included personification, alliteration, similes and onomatopoeia words. In Welsh, we used our activity vocabulary to put it into the third person. In context we made some beautiful painting use a blow technique with the paints.
