St Tydfil had the exciting opportunity to take part in an indoor cricket tournament with another school at the SWALEC Stadium, Sophia Gardens. The pupils played several matches, listened to an interesting talk in the museum about Maurice Turnbull, and even visited the Media Centre, where they enjoyed dressing up as cricket players.
