In this investigation, the children received tear support on how to conduct a fair test. In this lesson, children were required to gather their data independently and present their data in a graph. Children were  required to repeat each test to ensure the data they had gathered was sensible. They were then presented with a series of questions to support them in analysing their data and to apply their numeracy skills to explain what they had discovered from the investigation.
