The children have commenced a three-week project on angle. They have learnt this week that an angle is a measurement of turn, an angle is formed when two lines meet, that an angle is measured with a protractor and have learnt to calculate the value of an angle within a 90, 180 and 360-degree angle. Next week we will look at the angles within triangles and the properties of triangles. Then the children will learn to identify obtuse, acute and reflex angles.
