During the month of July, we began with our amazing performance of The Wizard of Oz. We had worked very hard leading up to the show, spending many weeks practising, memorising our lines and learning our acting roles. We also enjoyed being creative in Art, where we designed and made the props and scenery for each scene, helping to bring the story to life.

The following week, we went on a wonderful trip to Cardiff National Museum. We enjoyed a long walk through the park before exploring the museum, where we learned about a variety of species and endangered animals. It was a fascinating experience that helped us develop our understanding of the natural world.

During our visit, we also took part in a LEGO workshop about marine life. We learned about the importance of protecting nature, caring for our oceans and looking after the environment for future generations.

We also enjoyed a Science Day, where we investigated how sound waves travel. We created string telephones and tested different hypotheses to discover how sound moves from one place to another. It was a fun and engaging way to develop our scientific enquiry skills.

What a wonderful year we have had! We have learned so much, taken part in exciting activities and created many happy memories together. Our photographs show just how engaged, enthusiastic and proud we were throughout our learning journey. We are leaving this year with new knowledge, greater confidence and many achievements to celebrate.
