This week we have been thinking about the solemnity of Holy Week. We depicted the events around The garden of Gethsemane and Jesus' subsequent arrest in our class assembly. All week we have followed the events of Holy Week finishing today with Easter Sunday and Jesus' resurrection. 
We have also been looking at ways to develop our Catholic Social Teaching and a fantastic group of children took great pride in cleaning up the school and also the surrounding area by litter picking. The area is looking much better now and we bumped into the local police officers who said what an amazing job we were doing! 
This week a different group of children went to visit our friends at Nazareth House for an Easter crafts morning. As always we have loved spending time with them!
