Our second week back to term was a busy one! We also created our playground leaders action plan for the term as a class, which is below. 

In religion this week, we were looking at the Ten Commandments and how we can follow these in our everyday life. We then explored the Beatitudes and what these are. We saw that they are important messages from Jesus on how to live a blessed life. Again we looked at examples on how we can follow these in everyday life. In maths, we have continued to build on our addition and subtraction skills with 4 digit numbers whilst applying this in multistep word problems. In literacy, we have explored what nouns, adjectives, verbs and adverbs are in our work and also worked on speech marks and speech verbs. In context we investigated electrical inventions that have changed our lives and imagined our life before them. In Welsh we have continued to look at more activity vocabulary ready to create sentences.
