Our visit to Cardiff Castle was an exciting adventure, filled with fascinating stories about World War II. We explored the tunnels beneath the castle, where people in Cardiff used to hide during air raids to stay safe. It was amazing to imagine what life was like back then, hearing the sounds of sirens and imagining families waiting in the dark tunnels. We learnt how the castle played an important role during the war and how people showed great courage during difficult times. It was a fun and interesting trip that helped us understand history in a whole new way! We had an amazing day :)
