Homework

Children are reminded that Mathletics is part of their weekly homework. Children have been assigned tasks to work through - results go directly back to their teacher. It is important that the children use the "learn" part of Mathletics, as well as the "play".

Reception Homework 29.3.18

Dear parents/Carers,

Let me take this opportunity to say thank you for your continued support during the Spring Term!

After Easter, our new context is called ‘Holes, Spaces and Hiding Places’. As part of this we will be looking at animals that live in holes, tunnels, caves and different habitats. We would like your child to choose an animal and find out all about it and where it lives. Please can they create a poster, draw a picture, create a fact file or a booklet or make a model on your chosen animal.

Please make it so it can be put up on our display to celebrate the children’s work!

If you visit any caves during the break, please take pictures so they can tell us all about the visit!

Thank you,

Mrs. Tuff.

Reception Homework 16.2.18

Our next context for learning is 'Dragon Tales'! Over half term, create a 'project' about dragons, Welsh castles or Knights and Kings. You could produce a poster, a poem, a model or a booklet or whatever you like! If you visit any castles in the holiday please take pictures and write a sentence about them.

This is a project to do with your family so please feel free to work together so you can show us in school.

Thank you, Mrs. Tuff.
